Zabbix agent `Server` setting using hostname with multiple IP

Says:

List of comma delimited IP addresses (or hostnames) of Zabbix servers. No spaces allowed.
Incoming connections will be accepted only from the hosts listed here.
If IPv6 support is enabled then '127.0.0.1', '::127.0.0.1', '::ffff:127.0.0.1' are treated equally.

What if client.domain.com has two A addresses defined? so what I mean is if it has two IP addresses? Do Zabbix client accept connections from both IPs? or result becomes random?
